Error d23 occurs when the dryer heating element does not work. Most of the times this occures because a resetable thermostat has been triggered.

In order to fix it you must remove the right side panel:

And locate the thermostat (it's RED). Using you finger or a screw driver push the red button downwards until a click is heard.

That was it, replace right side panel and test.
